For years, we watched as international volunteer agencies sent passionate people to our village. While the help was appreciated, we noticed a gap. A large portion of the fees stayed in air-conditioned offices abroad, while our coral reefs and school programs only received the leftovers.

In 2026, we decided to change the narrative. Blue Heart Bali was founded by the people who call Tianyar home. We wanted to build a direct bridge—one where your passion meets our local wisdom without the "corporate filter."

When you join us, you’re not a number in a database; you’re a partner in our village's survival. You live where we live, you eat what we eat, and you work side-by-side with our fishermen.

By cutting out the global middlemen, we ensure that 100% of your program fee directly funds reef structures, school materials, and local livelihoods. This is radical transparency in action.
